Program Details:

PowerNet Global residential customers referring 3 new, credit approved 1+ long distance customers will receive:

- A 1 cent rate reduction on 1+ interstate (state-to-state) long distance and interstate (state-to-state) toll free rates.
- A 1% credit to their PowerNet Global bill.

Program available to 1+ long distance residential customers only. Offer valid for new customers referred after January 1st, 2004 only. Rate reductions are granted after referrals are credit-approved and provisioned for 1+ long distance with PowerNet Global. Additional referrals (more than 3) will count towards bill credits, but no further rate reductions will be issued. It takes approximately 90 days for credits to begin appearing on referring customer's PowerNet Global bill. Where possible, referrals will receive the referrer's original rate plan, but PNG reserves the right to assign any referral to a different rate plan.

If the credit amount received exceeds the referring customer's bill, there will be a credit balance on the next monthly statement. No checks will be issued. Credits are to be used towards service and are forfeited if the referring customer's service is terminated. Credits not to exceed $500.00 per calendar year. Customers who have received previous rate reductions may not qualify. Referrals must sign-up using the customer referral toll free number, no other sign-up methods will qualify.
